1905 marked the beginning of a High school in Arnold . A new two story frame building was built where lower grades were on the first floor and High school was on the upper floor.
The first year Blanche Allen and Pearl Hunter were teaching the following students:

School continued to be held in this frame building until 1913-14 when it was replaced by a brick structure.
