CUSTER COUNTY SCHOOL RECORDS
Edwin Dozier EUBANK was the First Superintendent Of Public Instruction in Custer Co. NE. appointed by Gov. Garber in the 1870s. He was, afterword, elected to the office and served 2 successive terms. His wife, Angie Viola HERBERT_EUBANK was one of the first teachers.
They arrrived in Lincoln NE. in 1874 and settled in Broken Bow.
