Cozad Tribune July 1, 1892: The school census of Cozad foots up tp 225 as follows: Male, 110; Female 115.
News Reporter March 1892-W.H. Force disposed of his residence property in East Cozad this week to L. Burdeay. O.O. Carnohan has leased this property and will move his family from North Platte and take possession April 1.
January 2, 1892-Married-at the home of J.T. Burns, nine miles south of Lexington, Charles T. Mc Grew and Ruth Wallace, on December 27, 1891.
March 1892-Married- on Sunday, March 27,1892, by Rev. S. hartley, Mr. Frank Sheilds and Miss Ada Clark.
March 7, 1891-The new residences of Dr. Fochtman and J.B. Hogarth are nearing completion and are ornaments to the streets on which they are situated.
November 14-Work was begun on the ditch one-half mile north of Willow Island on Tuesday. It is the intention of the contractors to put 200 teams to work as soon as they can secure the men.

Sisters are Reunited
After sixteen years of separations the Derickson sisters met and enjoyed each other's company. The sisters, Mrs. J.W. Nichols of Gothenburg, Mrs. Frank Sarrow of Gothenburg, Mrs. Frank Westfall of Lexington, and Mrs J.B. Hand of Ponca City, Okla. met with their families and a few old neighbors at Lafayette park, where they spent the day visiting and taking pictures. A dandy lunch was served.
