The following information was taken from the Deed Record Book C located at the 
Register of Deeds Office, Courthouse, Fremont, Nebraska.  The abbreviation DI is 
date of instrument and DF is date of filing.  All of the patents listed were 
direct from the United States, some were filed at the Omaha Land Office and 
several from the Norfolk Land Office. The Volume and page numbers at the end of 
each entry pertain to where they were recorded in either the land office or back 
in Washington.  They DO NOT pertain to Dodge County record books.
