Interested in finding info on Thomas Vincent GOLDEN aka TV Golden. I know he died in 1927 and served in some legislative fashion in O'Neill. Also founded the Golden Hotel in O'Neill. Am also interested in any info on the family of his wife, Annie BECK. They would be my GG-grandparents.
Although it's a long shot, I am interested in info on Thomas's parents, also Thomas Golden and Mary Clear. Thank you in advance. Eileen Dineen

I am trying to get a hold of Bill Calkins, who submitted a query for Chet Calkins and Lora D. Calkins on Sept. 29, 2001. His e-mail address would not go thru. I have a connection with the Calkins family and would like to share information. Sandy.

I am trying to confirm to where the George Rees family lived. On the Holt Co. section of the 1890-1891 gazetteer it gives the nearest town as Doty. I also have a handwritten account which indicates that the family lived near Doty, Neb c. 1886-1891. It also states that two children were buried in Oak Grove Cemetery near Doty.
John Franklin Rees 2 Jan 1881- 26 Mar 1887
Nora Rees 2 Apr 1886-6 Oct 1886
I have been unable to locate this cemetery and the closest Doty I have found is in Boyd CO. Did the PO move?
We found that this area of Holt county became part of Boyd County.

I am looking for any information on Hans and Nels Jacobsen or their descendants. Hans and Nels were sons of Niels Jacobsen and Johanne Marie Mortensen and born in Saerslev, Holbaek, Denmark. Hans was born in 1859 and Nels either in 1861 or 1864. A 1941 newspaper article lists both as living at Ewing. Nels was still living there in 1953. I can be contacted at gjohnson31701@yahoo.com.
