I am looking for my Great Great Grandfather, JOHN LITZENBERG. We have him as dying in Holt County Nebraska, 2 JUL 1886. His wife, Eliza Williams Litzenberg, died ten years earlier in Pleasant Hill, Saline Co., Nebraska and was buried there. It seems he was not returned there for burial. Any information would be appreciated.

I am looking for any information on the Kennedy family living in the Oneill area in the early 1900's. My grandfather, Richard Vincent Kennedy had a sister, Kate, and possibly 7 brothers. I am also interested in my grandmother, Mary or Mae Hunt.

Hello,
My query is for a Martin Walter my husband great grand father, he is born in Switzerland in 1849, he arrive in Deloit twp, Holt county in 1882 at that time he purchase land from a black man west and south of Clearwater, section 11-9-25, in 1890 he build a two story house, he lived in this house until his death in 1935 in Clearwater, antelope county.I would like to know where Deloit twp is, I cannot find it anywhere. I would like to know also, that two story frame house he build in 1890, is it possible for that house to be standing now.

Looking for any family member who can help me find the date and location where my g grandmother died and is buried. Her name was Lucy Ann (Cundiff) Sesler married to Zedekiah Sesler. Both were from Montgomery Co., Virginia. They lived in Madison Co., Nebraska. In her later years, she lived with her son Joseph Sesler in Antelope Co., Ne., Grant Township in 1920. We lost contact with family after that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Daniel O'Neill and Ann Ryan moved to O'Neill, Holt Co., Neb. in 1883 from Franklin Co., Ia. with their 9 children. Claire A. O'Neill was born in Holt County in Sep. 1884. Their oldest daughter Mary E. O'Neill married William Forrest Mitchell in Knox Co., Neb. In 1887, Daniel and family moved to Humboldt Co., Ia. The Mitchells moved from Neb. to NW Ia then into Minnesota. I am looking in Neb. for the parents and siblings of Daniel O'NEILL, born abt. 1830 in Co. Tipperary, Ireland.

I am searching for information on the family of Agnes Cassiday, Holt County Nebraska, My father was an orphan train rider, placed with this family in 1903 and he went by the name of Lawrence Cassidy while in her care. I would like to find out where to check for church records and school records for him under the name of Lawrence Cassidy. Mrs. Cassidy was a widow, had one daughter, Helen( Mrs Flynn, ) and another son named Thomas. Mrs. Cassidy remarried (Scot) and moved to Fremont Nebraska, My father was in her home from the age of 3 until 13, when he was returned to the Newy York Foundling Hospital, and later placed in a home in Wisconsin. His given name was Ambrose Kearns. I would assume that he did attend school and Catholic church while using the name Cassidy.. Please. Looking to somehow confirm the birth of my grandmother in Chambers, Holt County, NE. From family members, she was born in a "sod house". Name was Delinda Elizabth Roth; Born: 3-28-1891; Father: Jacob Charles Roth; Mother: Elizabeth Sehi. Most of her Roth relatives lived in the Clearwater/Neligh area of Antelope Co, NE. Later her father and second wife moved to the Fremont, Dodge Co. area. Her birth was before NE vital records were created. Any help from the local genealogy community would be most appreciated in order to properly document her birth. Willing to reimburse for expense. Thank you very much. Mark Parson.

Hello, I am looking for somebody who will be nice to go for me to Saint Patrick cematery,one half mile north of Saint John's church not far from Ewing, and take two pictures of two graves please. The graves are of Martin Walter died July 13,1935 and of his wife Mary Walter died August 9,1934 of course if they are still there. I will pay for copy of the photos and the postage.
