CASSIDY, FLYNN, KEARNS, SCOT posted by Margaret Warne on Saturday, October 22, 2005

I am seeking information about my father, Ambrose Kearns, who was placed with an Agnes Cassidy in Holt county. I have found much information, but am trying to find out where he attended school, and if he was confimed in the Catholic Church, which church it was. The name he used while in the care of Agnes, was Lawrence Cassidy, He lived with her as a foster child from 1903 until 1913. He was on Orphan Train rider. the Cassidy family later moved to Fairmont and she remarried. she alos had a dughter, and a son, Patrick. I would appreciate hearing from any of Patrick's decendents also. the daughter married a Mr. Flynn and died at an early age.
