AKERS posted by Mary Fisher on Thursday, October 26, 2006

On the Keya Paha Rootweb site there is the following information on the Akers family.

Does anyone have information on this family. They originally came from Iowa but family tradition says that they came to this area and there is a listing of the same name in the reference below. I was told that Wm H. Akers died on 13 jan 1892. Any information would be appreciated.

I am looking for any information on my Grandfather, and Grandmother's family and their parents. My Grandparents had 8 children in the early 1900's and because of events the family was half adopted because both parents died at an early age. Any help would be wonderful.

Mary Chada had two daughters, Helen Chada and Lillie Chada. Mary married James Vincent Kaplan before 1900. In the 1910 Federal Census, James Vincent Kaplan is Widowed.
Do not know when Mary Chada Kaplan died or where she is buried.
Do not know what happened to Helen Chada or Lillie Chada.
Would like any information on Mary Chada and her two daughters, Helen and Lillie.
Thank You So Much.
