are glad to be a part of the community written up in this Souvenir Edition. It is a pleasure to be located in a community as prosperous as this, as it creates the desire to be as prosperous as the surroundings. We realize that there is only one way to keep up with the progress of this community and that is by honest and diligent attention to our business.
This bank has a very good showing to make for its short existence. Really better than we expected, but still not too much to satisfy us. We are anxious to show a gradual gain until we are at least twice as large as we are now. The loyalty of our friends and the stability of this community, we are confident, will allow us to realize on our ambition.
A comparative statement of our deposits for the last four statements:
December 9. 1915
$129,617.90
February 24, 1916
156,949.98
May 29, 1916
179,186.12
August 10, 1916

We are proud of this showing, and only hope that we can keep the good work going. Help us, we will help you.
