noon. Mr. Hall and Mrs. Thomas arrived from New York with the remains at 1[?] o’clock Sunday night. The other members of the family, the Misses Anna and Katherine Thomas and the two brothers, Glliiard[illegible] and Walter, had reached there earlier. Some Lincoln friends went to Falls City on Sunday. Mrs. Hall was buried beside her father, Judge Thomas, formerly one of the foremost lawyers of the state who was accidentally killed a few years ago while getting on a train at Falls City.

    FALLS CITY, Neb., Oct. 31. – The funeral of Mrs. John W. Hall was held from the Episcopal church in this city this afternoon. Mrs. Hall was formerly Miss Cornelia Thomas of this city. Mrs. Hall died in New York city last week and the remains were brought here Sunday night accompanied by her husband, John W. Hall and her mother Mrs. Thomas. Miss Kate Thomas and Walter P. Thomas of Omaha, T. G. Thomas and wife of St. Joseph, Mo., and Miss Anna Thomas of Columbus, O., attended the funeral. For several years Mr. and Mrs. Hall have made their home in New York city.
