W. LLOYD DAVIS, A. B., '08 W. L. Davis, of Lincoln, Nebraska, enlisted in the Marines on April 8, 1918, and was sent to Mare Island. While engaged in a boxing match, May 22, 1918, he was hit on the head and fell, crushing his skull. He died in the hospital one hour later.
