MORRIS NATHAN LIEBMAN, E. E., '00 Lt. Col. Morris Nathan Liebman enlisted in the army as a private and was gradually and steadily promoted until on May 3, 1917, he received his commission as Lt. Colonel. While at his battalion headquarters on the Flanders front, a shell struck the building he was in and he was instantly killed. Lt. Colonel Liebman was assigned to the 105th Infantry, which was a New York Division.
