GENTLEMEN: -- At the session of your Conference in 1894, 1 was appointed treasurer of a relief committee, and was thereby authorized to receive cash contributions for the benefit of needy persons. I have disbursed the same, as per my instructions from you and herewith beg to hand you my report of the amounts received and paid out.
