NOTE: This book was originally printed on paper of poor quality (result of WW I, we are told). It has "bleed-through", and many creases in the pages.
As a consequence, proofing has been laborious, and there are probably many errors, particularly in numbers and punctuation. A few pages appear as images,
but too many were lousy in that form; so they were typed. The pages of the state constitution included "bold" print whose limits could not always be determined!
If any of that data is of importance to you, we recommend securing a copy of the book by interlibrary loan and working from the source.
