CONRAD BEISNER.


   CONRAD BEISNER is the float representative from Thayer and Jefferson counties, the thirty-sixth district, and resides in Hebron, Thayer county. He is a Republican; was born in Germany in the year 1840, and came from Iowa to this state in 1879. He was married to Louise Rhode in November, 1868, and they have a family of nine boys. Mr. Beisner is engaged in farming; was elected two years ago to serve his representative district in the twenty-sixth session of the Nebraska Legislature, and was counted one of the solid and influential members on the republican side of the house.

WILLIAM H. BEEKLY.


   WILLIAM H. BEEKLY, Republican member of the house of representatives from the twenty-ninth district, Seward county, was born in Pennsylvania, February 28, 1854, coming to Nebraska from Iowa. he was married to Alice Halle in the year 1879, and his family consists of two sons and one daughter. He is now engaged in farming, having spent seven years, from 1889 to 1896, as traveling salesman and special collection agent. Has never held public office before, excepting member of the school district board. His post office address is Dorchester, Seward county.

C. H. BEETHE.


   C. H. BEETHE, elected by the Republicans from the fifth representative district, Nemaha and Johnson counties, was born in Hessen, Germany, May 15, 1850, coming from Illinois to Nebraska in the year 1869. He is married and has a family consisting of five boys and one girl. Mr. Beethe's address is Elk Creek, Johnson county, where he is engaged as a farmer and carpenter. He was assessor In 1883 and county commissioner of Johnson county for six years.

ALEX BOULIER.


   ALEX BOULIER, one of the representatives from Saunders county, the twenty-seventh district, is a member of the Peoples' Independent party, and was born in Illinois in the year 1845, coming to Nebraska in 1884. He settled on a farm in Saunders county, where he still lives. His family consists of a wife, five boys, and three girls. Mr. Boulier was town clerk for a number of years and is now a member of the school board. His parents were French, settling in Woodford county, Illinois, in the early 30's. His present address is Cedar Bluffs, Saunders county.

JAMES BOYD.


   JAMES BOYD, representative from the forty-third district, Nuckolls county, is a populist, and was born in Broome county, New York, in the year 1847, coming from Illinois to Nebraska in 1879. He was married in Henderson county, Illinois, in 1874 to Mary E. Chapman. Mr. Boyd's present address is Nelson, Nuckolls county. He is a farmer by occupation, and was sheriff of that county two terms, from 1895 to 1899.

M. BRODERICK.


   M. BRODERICK, Republican, elected from Clay county, the forty-second representative district, was born in New York state in the year 1846, and came to Nebraska from Iowa in 1872. He is engaged in farming and stock-raising, resides at Fairfield, and has a family consisting of a wife and three children, one girl and two boys. Mr. Broderick was a member of the twenty-sixth session, having been re-elected by his constituents. He is known as the "lone tree" man from Clay county, the only Republican who could beat the Fusion forces.
