THE Tegner Society has met twice a month during the school year. It is an organization open to all who feel interested in the history, language, and culture of Scandinavia in general and of Sweden in particular. The programs are so arranged that various phases of the industrial, social, and political life are presented. The life and works of authors and musicians are discussed. In view of the fact that Scandinavia has been remarkably productive, especially in the last century, in the domains of literature and art, the Tegner Society finds its work stimulating and helpful.
