Welcome to Merrimack County's part in the American Local History Network (ALHN). Unfortunately, I do not live anywhere near the area, although I can trace most of my heritage to the State of NH, I am unable to do any research for others, and probably can't answer very many questions. Fred Kunchick has offered to do lookups in the Civil War CD from Ancestry.com which includes 5.3 million records. Please note that most "S" & "T" surnames are missing because they are missing from original National Archives. When requesting a lookup, please remember the kindness shown by Fred in making this offer to aid your research. Try also to limit your request to two names at one time.
