Lewis L. EMERY, Private; born Hillsborough; resided and credited Brookline; enlisted Aug. 28, 1862; age 27; mustered in Sept. 18, 1862; discharged disabled. Feb. 5, 1863; drafted and mustered in Sept. 1, 1863; assigned to Co. G, 13 N. H. V.; wound Sept. 29, 1864, Ft. Harrison, VA.; discharged May 30, 1865; died in Brookline.

Daniel J. NEVERS, He claimed residence in Claremont, NH. He enlisted 27 February 1862 as a Private at the age of 23. He was discharges due to illness and then enlisted in the Co. B, 13th Veterans Reserve Corps. (It is believed he contracted TB while in the service.) He was discharged at Boston, Massachusetts on 15 November 1865. His last known residence was Troy, NH.
