Everett FITCH, Capt., Hanover; appointed Capt. Co. D July 1, 1864, enlisted as a Sergeant in 5th NH Co. C. Aug. 26, 1861; appointed 2nd lieut. Oct. 24, 1862; 1st lieut. March 1, 1863; wounded June 3, 1864, Cold Harbor, Va.; ; discharged Oct. 12, 1864.

Stephen D. AVERY, Private, Mustered Oct. 23, 1861. Discharged for disability Oct. 28, 1862. Re-enlisted private, Troop I, 1st Cavalry. Mustered April 1, 1865. Shot through the lungs at Fair Oaks and supposed to be killed, but recovered. Mustered out May 6, 1865.

Samuel BATCHELDER, Private, enlisted Hampton Falls, NH Aug 10 1863, age 24; claimed residence Hampton Falls; transferred to Company B; mustered out at Alexandria, VA June 28 1865; last reported residence Hampton Falls, NH.

George Junkins BEAN, Private, Son of Levi, was a soapmaker. Mustered Oct. 26, 1861. Was in the battle of Fair Oaks, and the seven days before Richmond. Died after a sickness of five weeks in hospital at Newark, N.J., Sept. 9, 1862. Was buried there in Fairmount Cemetery. Left a wife and one child.

Charles H. BLISS, Private, resided Rochester; First enlisted in Co. A, 1st NH on  April 19, 1861, age 21; deserted at Concord, NH., on May 20, 1861. Re-enlisted private, Oct. 23, 1861. Re-enlisted for Dover, Feb. 19, 1864.
