I've "rescued" an old photograph of Fred THOMPSON of Rutherford, New Jersey which was taken at Rice's Studio in Rutherford, NJ. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's or 1890's with Fred appearing to be in his 30's at the time it was taken. Based on limited research I was able to locate a possible match in census records as follows:
