The Center in Quackenbush Square is a great spot for getting
information about touring historic albany. Their staff of volunteers is
very helpful and they run tours of the city - check the web site for
current schedules.
The New York State Library's Colonial
Albany Image Gallery. Scans of historic images, including
portraits, cityscapes and maps. There are lots of images so it may load
slowly.
