Rogers Cemetery is located on Rogers Road (Lot 8 on the 1869 Map) in the
town of Centerville. It is visible from the road if traveling north, it is
on the west side of the road, 1/2 mile south of Higgins Mills. There is a
dirt drive that approaches the cemetery, and it appears to be on private
property - always good to ask permission. The cemetery is in dire need of
restoration. It is overgrown with weeds/trees and many markers have tumbled
over. Most markers are readable as the cemetery is well sheltered from the wind.

This transcription was started from work by Gertrude H. Jones in September
1945, and added by a walk thru with a digital camera in November 2005 by
Mary Rhodes.
Note: 
Per verbal conversation with landowner, two gravesites were viewed several years ago near the cemetery on neighboring land.  The stones have been destroyed by livestock.
