Mrs. Alex Gardner

Died Thursday, at Yorks Corners - Funeral Saturday Afternoon

 

Mrs. Bethiah Gardner died at her home near Yorks Corners, Town of Willing on Thursday, Sept 27, 1906, at 6 am after a short illness.  Death resulting from Cholera Morbus.  Mrs. Gardner had been a resident of this town for the past forty four years.  She was born at Troupsburg, NY Apr 15, 1824, and was the daughter of Reuben Harrington and Phoebe Pierce.  She was married on May 5th, 1840 to Alexander Gardner, who survives her, together with four children, Alveris and Myrtle Gardner and Mrs. Polly P. Green of Willing; and John B. Gardner of Driftwood Pa.  She is also survived by two brothers, Aaron Harrington of Troupsburg, and John Harrington of Willing.
