Irvin Gustafson, Former Resident. Dies in Olean.
Irvin Gustafson, Adams Street, Olean, passed away Monday at his home following an illness of two months duration. Born
at Bitumen, Pa., April 28, 1899, he was a former resident here and lived in Olean for the last 15 years. He was employed by the Pennsylvania railroad as an oiler. The survivors include two
sisters, Mrs. LeMur Ferrington, Portville and Mrs. Howard DeGroff, Portville; one brother, Edwin Gustafson, North Tonawanda. Funeral services will be held this after noon at the Guenther and
Morton funeral home. Rev. Burdette Mason, pastor of the Church of the Nazarene, will officiate and the remains will be laid at rest in West Clarksville Cemetery.
