Guy Hamilton Fillmore – Guy Hamilton formerly of Fillmore, died Tuesday, Aug 20, 1968 at Middletown, KY following a long illness. He was born March 31, 1894 in Fillmore, a son of Sylvester and Anna Gillette Hamilton. He married the former Angie Cronk who survives him. Mr. Hamilton had been a professional photographer for the past 43 years. Surviving in addition to his widow are a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Wilber of Horseheads; two sons, Robert Hamilton and Gordon Hamilton, both of Middletown; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Kopler Funeral Home Thursday from 7 – 9 pm only. Funeral services will be held in the Fillmore Wesleyan Church on Friday Aug 23, 1968 at 2 pm with the Rev David Shannon pastor and the Rev George Kilpatrick minister of the Wesleyan Church of Horseheads, officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery at Fillmore. |
