JOHN H. DANNHEIM DIES IN ANDOVER 

    John H. Dannheim, resident of this section for many years, died yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock at the home of his son, August Dannheim in Andover.

    Mr. Dannheim was born October 20, 1864 in Elsie, Germany, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dannheim.  He came to this country when 17 years of age and lived the rest of his life in this vicinity.

    He was married March 4, 1886 to Sophie D. Wittie who died in 1938.

    He is survived by the following children:  August of Andover, Fred of Allentown, George of Mule Shoe, Tex, Albert of California, Walter of Hillside, NJ, Edward and Otto Dannheim, both of Wellsville.  One brother, Fred Dannheim of Hanover, Germany, 13 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren also survive.

    Mr. Dannheim was a member of the Trinity Lutheran church and the Lutheran Men's Association.

    A prayer service will be held at the Mulholland Funeral Home in Wellsville Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock.  This will be followed by services in Trinity Lutheran church at 2:30 o'clock.  The Rev. Elmer W. Krentz will officiate with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
