A common-place shot around Allegany County from 1880 to 1950s

(1)Tool maker's initial, belonging to Orlo Funtner.  Tools were for Aluminum forming and used in Wellsville Aluminum Works.  Tools are owned by Brian Lynch with pride, rare finds. Leonard & Theresa were brother/sister; both Aunts of Mine (Brian Lynch) 1912 Photo of Duke Hose Co. Truck.  On back of postcard is written "Frank Dornow, Wm Dornow, William Neu".  From Jane Pinney-Rogers Historical Society:

"On June 14, 1915 the Grant Duke Hose Co. proposed to purchase a Motor Truck. In September 1915 a Lippert Stewart truck was delivered."

Very rare postcard, postmarked 1908-"Building an Oil Line near Wellsville, NY; Sweney's Art Shop, Wellsville,NY publication. Brick building (original pumphouse) for pipeline to NJ, still stands beyond Otis Eastern Building on Andover Road.
