These two photos from Jim Gelser....need names for faces!

"These photos are in connection to the Hooker Family of the Town of Allen and the Town of Granger. Also the Harris Family of The Town of Centerville. I have no names for these folks." Jim Gelser

This photo was originally posted with the following information:

"This photo was found in a Family Album which includes entries from the Town of Hume, the Town of Granger and the Town of Grove. There is no writing to indicate if he was a resident or not."

--Responses have produced the following questions from research done by others:

Is this Photo Andrew Pierce?

--"One person wrote me of a search he had done.

1. He had lost a leg while serving in the Civil War (1861 -1864).

2. Buried in the Cuba Cemetery.

3. The name and rank was located by the fact that there was only one Corporal in the (Union Army's) 104th Division.

If this information is correct there may be family and friends of Mr Pierce that can add to the search."--Jim Gelser

Can anyone help identify this lady? Probably related to Town of Granger History.

--------

Based on another photo that has surfaced it is believed that this lady is Bertha Chapin.  Any and all comments will be appreciated.
