•  "B&S RR Expands North" The B&S Railroad entered Wellsville from the south, had it's station where the present water treatment plant resides, and continued through the present High School property, crossing the "millrace", W. Pearl Street, West Genesee Street and proceeded north toward Scio along the area that now serves as flood control.  It traveled along the west bank of the Genesee River.
