  May 13, 1907 – Death of Frank Henry Goodyear, Buffalo , NY

 February 1908 – Number of Galeton employees discharged  

1909 – Several employees discharged resulting in Strike on B&S  

1910 B&S Railway & Railroad into Receivership  

April 1911 – Death of Charles W. Goodyear  

May 31, 1913 – Last train on Cross Fork branch  

December 31, 1913 -- B&S Railroad Corporation took over B&SRR Company

  July 16, 1916 – 54000 feet roadway lost from Sinnemahoning Flood  

November 1916 – Wellsville & Buffalo RR track taken up  

March 6, 1917 – Buffalo Attica & Arcade RR into Receivership  

1925 – Coal Mines closing  

1932 – Baltimore and Ohio acquired B&S and Buffalo Rochester & Pittsburgh Railroads  

July 1942 – Sinnemahoning Flood –Due to Damage Track removed Sinnemahoning to Burrows and Wharton to Austin .  B&O now created a divorced section away from the main B&O.  

November 19, 1949 – Last scheduled passenger train leaves Addison .  

1955 – B&O RR sells Galeton Section to H.E.Salzbert Company of NYC for reportedly $250,000.  Potter Enterprise calls it “Biggest Steal since the Brinks Holdup.”
