NOTICE!!
Allegany County, NY Local History & Genealogy Website has received rights to publish the complete 1865 NYS Census of Allegany County which has
just been digitalized. Volunteers are busily typing Index -- Town by Town --for the 1865 Census and it will be published in it's entirety as each Town is completed.
Many Thanks to Robert A. Christman, Allegany County Clerk, for his assistance in preparing the digitalization of pages.
CHECK BACK OFTEN AS THE SECTIONS WILL APPEAR BELOW WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.
