Evolution of Wellsville Country Club

The photos below show a bit of evolution for the WCC.

The WCC was purchased from the Coats family in 1911.

The house, barn and
forty three acres were purchased for $7,000 and a nine hole golf course was
carved out of the fields.

As you can see in the pictures, the porches were enlarged and eventually
completely enclosed.

The 1910 Census shows

living at his farm on North
Main Street, with his sister Eliza Coats.
