ARCHITECT: The design of the house has been attributed to Benjamin Latrobe.
"A manor house in the Federal Style, built as a residence and land office for John Barker Church and his son, Phillip Church, who were involved in the
original development and sub-division of a 100,000 acre tract in what is now Allegany County, New York. Original style attributed to Benjamin Latrobe."
