Thanks to Mary ("Mimi") Lind Rufe  we can share the booklet which follows.  In 1906 the booklet was published by the previous owner of the Villa Belvidere, F. B. Keeney, fine breeder of championship livestock.  Mimi has also shared many photos which she obtained from her Mother's collection of family photos.  These were all taken at the "Villa Belvidere".
