DECKER  -  Charlotte Barringer, wife of Home L., 1870-1916

I believe the 1916 is in error and should be 1913.  I checked the newspaper again, and indeed it is 1913.  See following obit.

Troy NY Daily Times    Saturday Afternoon, November 29, 1913
Mrs. Homer L. Decker, who died yesterday at Chatham, was the daughter-in-law of Mrs. Emma C. Daley, the Chatham lawyer, who was stricken with paralysis Sunday.  Pneumonia was the cause of death.  Mrs. Decker was forty-two years old and had been ill only a few days.  A husband and adopted daughter survive.  The condition of Mrs. Dailey remains serious.
