Dutchess County Ss We vnder Written justices of the County of Dutchess assigned to The three collectors of the three wards of Dutchess County greeting you are hereby in His Majesteys name commanded that persuent to two acts of generall assembly as you Will find recited at the head of your tax rolls ans also an accoumpt for County charges Amounting to £ 68. 13. 10. That you collect from every person or persons all such sume Or sumes of money according to the list hereunto annext amounting for the whole County

The Warents are for to pay the Kings two taxes for each ward to the tresuror in New York at or before the first day of May next ensueing and the County charges To ye Tresuror of the County of Dutchess to be payd att of before the twenty fifth Day of March next ensewing. To Mr. Lowerence Van Kleeck saveing to yourself nine pence in the pound for Collecting & paying the afore said sume of summes of money as aforesaid and If any person of persons deny refuse neglect or delay to pay unto you such sum Or summes of money as aforesaid then you ar impowered to distraint and levy The sum on his or their goods and chattels and to dispose of the distress so taken As the law doth direct for so dowing this shall be tour sufficent warrant hereof Fail not at your uttmost perill. Given under our hands & seals at Pocghkeepsink in said County the 14th day Of February in the thirteenth year of his Majestys reign Ano qe Domi 1726/7
