Looking for John C. KALSOW, wife Elizabeth and children Wilhelmenia, Herman, Wilhelm Christian, Lebreiht, Paul and Amelia. Last information is from the 1863 Buffalo City directory. John's occupation listed in the city directory was laborer and a tailor. A son Herman KALSOW died in the Civil War on Dec. 25, 1863. Appreciate any help that one can give me. Thank you.

My direct line moved to St. Paul, (Neosho Co.) KS in 1869, and eventually settled in Killam (Flagstaff Co) Alberta; Canada in 1914. I'm looking for John LUMPP. According to the 1860 federal census he came from Wurtenburg, he's living in 4th ward Buffalo, NY. In 1870 he comes to Williams County Ohio and marries Caroline KLEIN, formerly of Eggertsville, NY. The courthouse in Williams County lists Fredrick LUMP and Margaret LUMP, both born in Buffalo NY, both died in Feb. 1880. Fredrick would have been born June 4, 1869 and Margaret October 17, 1878. I'm looking for their birth records and possibly a marriage record of John LUMPP, maybe a death record of a Mrs. John LUMPP. Any help with Erie County or Buffalo records appreciated!

Both were born in Bavaria in the late 1820's, and were married 12 Dec 1849 at St. Louis Church, Buffalo, NY. Three of their children died by age 5; Susanna, Joseph and Andrew. The remaining children, George, Margaretha, John, Magdalena, Michael Barbara, and Andrew Martin spent most, if not all of their lives in Buffalo.

Michael RAUCH and Barbara LINDNER were probably married in Bavaria during the 1820's. Their daughter Margaretha Anna (Margaret) RAUCH was born 2 Oct 1827 in Bavaria. She and her husband Martin FORSTER were married in Buffalo on 12 Dec 1849, and raised their 10 children there. Any information regarding the RAUCH or LINDNER families would be appreciated.

Parents of Barbary [Barbara ]came approx. same time, all buried in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery, East Eden. George & Barbara had 9 children. Looking for information on Bridget ODAY/ODEA who was born in Ireland around 1840. Her parents were: Barnard ODAY & Mary (?). This information was found on the AGLL Film Roll M593-932, 1870 Federal Census for New York, City of Buffalo, Wards 1-3 Entry 1289-1733. Her death record lists that she was 45 years old at the time of her death - Dec. 5, 1885. It also states that she lived in the US for 35 years and a resident of Buffalo, NY for 35 years Her death record has her name spelled ODEA but on the same record it shows her Father's name as: ODAY. She married a Stephen MCNAMARA around 1858. Stephen was also born in Ireland. They had the following children: Michael, Mary Ann, Catherine, Stephen and John. In the 1870's they were living in the Old First Ward of Buffalo, NY. Bridget is buried in Holy Cross Cemetery. Any ODEA/ODAY information would be greatly appreciated.

Possible siblings of Jacob include Margaret (moved to Chicago area); Kit(possibly Katherine); John; Abraham; and George John. Children include George David and Clara S.(my grandmother). In approx. 1890, Jacob was in Eldred, McKean Co., PA. George David lived and died in Potter Co. PA. Clara S. is buried in Jamestown Cemetary, Jamestown, Chautauqua Co., NY. Kit, John, Abrahm and George John lived in Buffalo/Ebenezer area. This information obtained from Kenneth KESTER of Olean, NY. He was son of George John. Kenneth's sister was Helen CURTISS who lived in West Seneca, NY.
