Polebridge aka Johnson Cemetery
Town of Avon, Livingston County, New York
1823-1920
Polebridge aka Johnson Cemetery (may also be refered to as Old Burying Ground)is a small old cemetery by a farm field on the west side of Polebridge Road, about half a mile south of Littleville Rd., in the Town of Avon in Livingston County, New York. Several stones are now missing or illegible. The inscriptions were read by June C. Feder, a member of the Rochester Genealogical Society, in April 1986. June incorporated some old data copied from a list made in 1945 by the D.A.R. The names are arranged alphabetically by the last name, but in family groups.
