The people of the state of New York, to the next of kin of Daniel Cook, late of the county of Seneca in the county of Ontario and that state of New York, deceased.
You are hereby cited to appear before Jared Wilson, esq., our surrogate of the county of Ontario, at his office in the town of Canandaigua in the said county, on Monday, the Twenty-ninth day of June, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, and show cause why administration of the goods, chattel, and credits of the said deceased, which remained unadministered, should not be granted to Charles A. Cook, a creditor of the said deceased, who has made application for the same.
Given under my hand and seal of office at Canandaigua, (L. S.) on the 9th day of May, A.D.1835.
