NY Estate Records, 1853

ADMINISTRATION NOTICE.--All persons having claims against Lemuel L. Clark, late of the town of Barre, in the county of Orleans, deceased, are hereby required, pursuant to an order of John Chamberlain, esq., surrogate of said county, to exhibit the same, with the vouchers thereof, to the subscriber, on or before the twenty eighth day of June next; at the dwelling house of Elisha Wright, in said town of Barre, or they will lose the benefit of the statute in such case made and provided. December 17, 1834.

PURSUANT to an order of the surrogate of the county of Monroe, notice is hereby given to all persons having any claims against George Hepburn, junior, late of the town of Perinten in the county of Monroe, deceased, to exhibit the same with the vouchers thereof, to Columbus Hart, one of the administrators &c. of the said deceased, at the dwelling house of the said Columbus hart, in the town of Perinten in said county, at or before the twenty-fourth day of October next, or they will lose the benefit of the statutes in such case made and provided. Dated April 10, 1835.

PURSUANT to an order of T. A., Stoutenburgh, esq., surrogate of the county of Montgomery, notice is hereby given to all persons who have claim against David A. Lipe, late of the town of Palatine in the said county, deceased, to exhibit the same with the vouchers thereof, to the subscriber, at his office in the village of Palatine Bridge, in said county, on or before the twenty-first day of October, next. ALBANY COUNTY, ss: In pursuance of an order of the Surrogate of the county of Albany, notice is hereby given to all the creditors of Jacob Yuger, late of the town of Lern in said county, deceased, to exhibit their several demands, with the vouchers in support thereof, to the subscriber, at his dwelling house in the town of Knox in said county, on or before the first day of October next. March 23, 1835.

PURSUANT to an order of John Willard, surrogate of the country of Washington, notice is hereby given to all persons who have claims against the estate of Elizer Goodrich, late of the town of Whitehall in the county of Washington, deceased, to exhibit the same with vouchers thereof, to Israel Howe, on e fo the administrators, at his office in Whitehall in said county, on or before the twenty-fifth day of November next. Dated May 11, 1835.
