The people of the state of New York, to the creditors and next of kin of Deobald Schott, deceased, late of the town of Sparta, Livingston County, greeting.

Where Derault Schott and John Schmael, executors of the last will and testament of the said Deobald Schott deceased, are desirous to render an account of their proceedings, as such executors and to have finally settled, and have applied for a citation for that purpose to our surrogate of our said county of Livingston, you re therefore required to appear before our said surrogate, at his office in the town of Genesco in the county of Livingston aforesaid, on the twenty-ninth day of July next, to attend the settlement of the said account.

Given under the hand and seal of office of our said surro(L. S.) gate at Genesco, in the said county, the seventh day of April 1835.

The people of the state of New York, by the grace of God free and independent, to all of whom these presents shall come or may concern, and especially to the creditors and the next of kin of Thomas Rowe, late of the town of Otsego in the county of Otsego, deceased, send greetings.

You are hereby cited and required personally to be and appear before our surrogate of the county of Oysego, at his office in the village of Cooperstown, on the eighth day of September, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, to attend a final settlement of the accounts of Josiah Bowers, Nathan S. Hurd, and Thaddeus R. Austin, administrators &c. of the said deceased.

In testimony thereof, we have caused the seal of office of our said surrogate to be hereunto affixed. Wit(L.S.)ness, George A. Starkweather, at the village of Cooperstown, the second day of June, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-five.

State of New York, Dutchess surrogate Court--In the matter of proving the last will and testament of Jesse Vail, deceased.

To the heirs at law of Jesse Vail, late of the town of Fishkill, in the county of Dutchess, and state of New York, deceased.

Notice us hereby given, that the undersigned, interested in real estate under the last will and testament of the said deceased, intends to apply to the surrogate of the county of Dutchess, at his office in Poughkeepsie, in said county, on the sixth day of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, to have the said last will and testament of the deceased duly proved before said surrogate, according to the statute in such case made and provided Dated this 2d day of May, 1835.

To the heirs of John Haight, late of Byron in the county of Genesee, deceased and especially to Nathaniel D. Haight, Joseph Haight, and Henry K. Haight.

You and each of you are hereby notified, that it is the intention of the subscriber, one of the executors of the last will and testament of the said John Haight, to apply to Ebenezer Mix, esq., surrogate of said county, at his office in Batavia, in said county, on the sixth day of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, to have the said will proved at that time and place. May 6, 1835.
