Cuddeback Probate

To Jacob Cuddeback, Nathan Cuddeback, James Cuddeback, Sir Lyman Pervin and Lockey, his wife, Esther Cuddeback, Margaret Cuddeback and Mary Cuddeback, heirs at law and children of Moses Cuddeback, late of this town of Skaneateles, in the county of Onondaga, deceased.

You will please to take notice that I shall, on the twenty-eighth day of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, apply to John Fleming, jun. Esq., surrogate of said county, at the Syracuse House, now kept by H. T. Gibson, in the village of Syracuse, to take the proof of and record the last will and testament of Moses Cuddeback, late of the town of Skaneateles in the county of Onondaga, deceased, as a will of real and personal property estate.--dated May 25, 1835.
