NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order of the Probate court of the county of Yankton, territory of Dakota, made on the 6th day of March, 1882, in the matter of the estate of John Hageman, deceased, the undersigned, the administrator of said estate, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, and subject to confirmation by said Probate court, on Tuesday, the 9th day of May, 1882, at 2 o'clock p. m., at the outer door of the court house in the city of Yankton, county of Yankton, D. T., all the right, title, interest and estate of John Hageman at the time of his death, the same being an undivided one half interest, and all the right, title, and interest that the said estate has, by operation of law or otherwise, acquired other than or in addition to that of the said intestate a the time of his death, in and to all those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, situate, lying and being in the said county of Yankton, territory of Dakota, and bounded and described as follows, to-wit: The east half of the southeast quarter, the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter, and the lots numbered three and four in section twenty, in township 95, of range 55.

Terms and conditions of sale, cash; deed at expense of purchaser.

ADMINISTRATOR'S SALE.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of an order to the Probate court to the county of Yankton, territory of Dakota, made on the 29th day of April, 1882, in the matter of the estate of Margaret K. Fowler, deceased, the undersigned, the administrator of the said estate, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, and subject to confirmation of the said Probate court, on Saturday, the 27th days of May, 1882, at 10 o'clock a. m. at the front door of the court house in the city and county of Yankton, all the right, title and interest, all the right, title, and estate of the said Margaret K. Fowler at the time of her death, and all her right, title and interest that the said estate has by operation of law, or otherwise acquired other than, or in addition to that of the said Margaret K. Fowler, at the time of her death, in ands too that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying or being in the said city and county of Yankton and territory of Dakota, and described as follows, to-wit: Lot six (6) in block thirty-three (33), in the city of Yankton, as platted by J. B. S. Todd. Terms, cash. Deed at expense of purchaser.

In the Probate court of the County of Yankton, Territory of Dakota.

In the matter of the estate of James Pechan, deceased.

Order to show cause why order of sale of real estate should not be made.

Mary Pechan, the administratrix of the estate of James Pechan, deceased, having filed per petition herein, duly verified, praying for an order of sale of the real estate of the said decedent for the purposes therein set forth.

It is therefore ordered by the Judge of said court that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased, appear before the said Probate court on Saturday, the third day of June, 1883, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of the said day at the court room of said Probate court, in the city of Yankton, in the said county of Yankton, to show cause why an order should not be granted to the said administratrix, to sell so much of the said real estate of the said deceased as shall be necessary, and that a copy of this order be published at least four successive weeks in the Weekly Press and Dakotaian, a newspaper printed and published in the said Yankton County.
