NOTICE

Will be sold at PUBLIC AUCTION, unless previously disposed of at private sale, all the real estate of DAVID JOHNSON, late of Berlin, deceased, together with such personal estate of said deceased, as remains unsold, at the dwelling-house where the deceased last lived, in Berlin, on the 11th day of December, next, at 11 o'clock, A. M., agreeably to an order of Probate court, for the district of Washington.

Inform all those whose notes and accounts have become due, that they are under the necessity of calling upon them in + EARNEST, FOR PAY. Immediate attention is requested, otherwise they will find them in other hands for collection.

Montpelier, Nov. 22, 1826.

STATE OF VERMONT

DISTRICT OF RANDOLPH, ss.

Whereas, Denisos Smith, administrator of the estate of said deceased, (in the district aforesaid,) proposes to render an account of his administration, and present his account against said estate for allowance, at the Probate Court, to be holden at the house of L. Bacon, in Chelsea, in said district, on the 20th day of December next; therefore, you are hereby notified to appear before said Court, at the time and place aforesaid, to shew cause, if any you have, why the said account shall not be allowed.

Given under my hand at Randolph, in said district, this 22d day of November, A. D., 1826.

The honorable, the Probate Court for the district of Randolph, to all persons concerned in the estate of EDWARD ELLSWORTH, late of Braintree, deceased, intestate--Greeting.

Whereas, HENRY B. HARBACK, administrator of the estate of said deceased, proposed to render an account of his administration, and present his account against said estate for allowance, at the probate Court to be holden at the office of the Judge in Brookfield, in said district, on the 1st Friday of January next; therefore, you are hereby notified to appear before said Court, at the time and place aforesaid, to show cause, if any you have, why the said account should not be allowed.

Given under my hand, at Brookfield, in said district, this 17th day of November, A. D., 1826
