DIED.
Dec. 5--In this town, at the residence of Joseph Kernochan, Charles H. Oliver, aged 28 years and 8 months.
Mr. Oliver was a son of Gilbert W. Oliver, esq., and for a long time a resident of this town. For a year or two past he has been living in New York, where he was connected, in the livery business, with Kipp & Brown, by whom he was considered a very efficient and valuable assistant. Last week he came up to revisit the scenes and friends of his earlier days, and was apparently in good health. But after an illness of only three days, friends and kindred are called to mourn his death. Mr. Oliver was noble-hearted and generous to a fault, and was esteemed by all with whom he formed an acquaintance.

Nov. 19--In Newburgh, John, child of Sam'l McKee, aged 3 yrs and 4 ms. 28--Eliza, child of John M'Cullough, aged 3 years.
Nov. 27--In Callicoon, Jacob Quick, aged 77 yrs.
