VAIL--Jan. 9, at Goshen, Mrs. Sallie Vail; relict of the late Lebbeus Vail, aged 81 years.

BERTHOLF--Jan. 12, at Monroe, of cerebrospinal meningitis, Charlie, son of J.H. and Minerva Bertholf, aged 6 years and 21 days.
