HARRIS--Jan. 19--In the town of Montgomery, John Harris, aged 60 years and 4 months.
BIRDSALL--Jan. 21--At Port Jervis, of consumption, Miss Julia A. Birdsall, aged 33 years.
EDMONSTON--Jan. 16--In Newburgh, D.W.C. Edmonston, M.D., aged 64 years, 7 months, and 21 days.
COONEY--Jan. 23d, at Summitville, Sullivan County, N.Y. of cancer, Albert Cooney, aged 73 years, 4 months and 3 days. Please copy.
STRACHAN--In Newburgh, Jan. 16, Charles Clinton Strachan, aged 78 years, 4 months.
MARTIN--In Bullville, Jan 20th, of consumption, Eli Martin, aged 54 years, 5 months and one day.
DURLAND--Jan. 16--Near Westtown, of scarlet fever, Elizabeth Kate, daughter of R.M. and Elizabeth Durland, aged 7 years, 11 months and 4 days.
ADAMS--Jan. 23--In New York City, Crowel Adams, in the 73d year of his age.
West Point.
Gariel Pfefeister, one of the West Point Band, having crossed over the Hudson on the ice to Cold Spring on Tuesday, Jan 9th., suddenly disappeared. From all indications it seems he could not have deserted, and foul play is suspected.
