DIED.
Dec. 30--At Walden, Catharine Ann Clineman, after a protacted illness, in the 25th year of her age.
Dec. 28--Near Middletown, Mrs. Knight, aged 95 years.
Capt. Gorham was the father of Capt. A. Gorham, well known to the traveling public as the popular commander of the steamer Troy and other Hudson-River boats. Capt. Gorham was a native of old Statford, Conn., where he resided during the War of the Revolution, and in which he took part on the side of Liberty and Independence. Capt. Gorham has resided for more than 60 years near the spot where he died. He is one of the many persons which New England has sent forth to settle the new states and terriories as they have been added to the Union; and to them are we indebted for the many valuable institutions which we possess.

Dec. 28--In Montgomery, Mary E., wife of Cornelius Decker, aged about 27 years.
Dec. 27--At Otisville, Otis Carmichael, son of the late Daniel Carmichael of this village, aged 21 years.
Oct. 31--At Millsburgh, Catharine Elizabeth, daughter of George and Vashti Graham, aged 17 years and 6 months, in the blessed hope of a glorious immortality. The sublime and impressive service of the Episcopal Church was solemnized by the Rev. James Spencer, Rector of the Grace Church, Middletown, before a numerous and highly respectable congregation.
