DIED.
April 14--At Montana, Illnois, Cornelius C. Westfall, formerly of Montague, N. J., aged 50 years.
Fatal Runaway Accident.
On Tuesday afternoon of last week, Mr. James Jackson, a farmer living in the town of Wallkill, was thrown from a wagon by the horses running away, and so badly injured internally that he died on Sunday afternoon--having remained totally unconscious up to the time of his death. Mr. Jackson was an industrious and well-to-do farmer, and had but recently purchased the farm of James Smith, in that town. He leaves a widow and one daughter. His funeral took place Tuesday afternoon.
