CLEMSON-EITH--Aug. 7, at Newburgh, by Rev. Mr. Brown, Frank Clemson to Lizzie Eith, all of Middletown.
C.J. Kidd, of Montgomery, was married on Monday, Aug. 5th, to a young lady in New York city.
CORTRIGHT-YOUMANS--July 20--At Denton, by Rev. J. Whittaker, Alvah Cortright and Emma A. Youmans, all of Denton.
MARTINEZ-BELKNAP--July 31, at New York, by Rev. D. Sproie of Newburgh, Antonio A. Martinez to Hattie A., daughter of Joseph Belknap.
ROBINSON-INMAN--July 31, at the residence of the bride's parents, by Eld. Gilbert Beebe, Daniel Robinson of Ithaca, to Fannie K. Inman, of this village.
BENSON-ADAMS--Aug. 1, in Port Jervis, Mary Benson, of Highland, to Wm. Adams, of Esopus.
DIED.
KESSINGER--Aug. 6--At Poughkeepsie, N.Y., of cerebro-spinal meningitis, Albert Kessinger, aged 23 years, 3 months, and 14 days.
DAVIS--July 21, near Bloomingburgh, in Sullivan Co., Sarah, widow of the late William Davis, aged 76 years and 5 months.
For the past fifty years Mrs. Davis has been a cripple, confined to a large cradle, except as occasionally through the day lifted out of it by others. During all that time she manifested a patient, submissive spirit, believing in Jesus, and enjoying a good hope in Him. "There is rest for the weary."
PUFF--August 1st, in Montgomery, Andrew Puff, aged 78 years.
SEYBOLT--July 27th, at Plattsmouth, Neb., of cholera infantum, Clara, daughter of Geo. A., and Mary J. Seybolt, formerly of Middletown, N.Y., aged ten months and eighteen days.
DISTLER--Aug. 9--In Middletown, of cholera infantum, Joseph L. Distler, aged 8 months.
TRUMPER--August 2, in this village, of consumption, Emma C. Trumper, aged 20 years and 4 months.
